Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
U.S. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage or another suitable carrier service.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is generally 3–6 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the email or contact information entered at checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at scentingsecrets.us@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.
